This past weekend I took an overdue trip down to visit my friend Danielle at USF! We had a great time going out to a gay club in Ybor City, visiting her sorority house, and exploring St. Pete! St. Pete was definitely my favorite part, we visited this area that had all these vintage/thrift/record stores. The best part was clearly their local cupcakery — The Cupcake Spot, the portions were comparable to their price, the flavors were strong and the consistency was moist and dense, just the way I like it. Most importantly, the icing to cake ratio was correct — crucial. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
